# SuperWeekly terms of service

The terms for using SuperWeekly. Short and plain.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

## Who we are

SuperWeekly is run by SuperWeekly Inc, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact: info@superweekly.app.

## The service

SuperWeekly is a weekly competitor brief sent by email. The core brief is free to read and supported by sponsors. Optional paid extras may be offered later under separate terms.

## Signing up

Use your own email address, and a company name you're entitled to use. You can stop receiving SuperWeekly at any time by replying "stop" or emailing us.

## How you can use a brief

Briefs are for you and your team to use inside your company. Please don't resell or republish them without our permission.

## Accuracy

Every line is checked by a human analyst before it reaches you, but briefs are information, not professional advice. We can't guarantee they are complete or error-free; decisions you make with them are yours. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll correct it.

## Sponsors

Sponsored content in a brief is labelled as sponsored. Sponsors never receive your personal data; see the privacy policy (https://superweekly.app/privacy).

## Our content

The briefs, the site and the SuperWeekly name belong to SuperWeekly Inc.

## Changes and ending

We may change or stop the service, or these terms. We'll update the date at the top when we change them.

## Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
